At Wearlane, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.

  • The product must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide your order ID or proof of purchase.

2. Products Eligible for Return

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Damaged or defective product received.

  • Size or fit issues, subject to product condition and return approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please share:

  • Order ID

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video, if the product is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability and approval.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged or defective product, Wearlane will assist with the return process.

For other return requests, applicable return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
